Actually the work done on the ice cream cone is zero.

Explanation:

As the child holds the ice cream in his hand so he applies only vertical force and there is no vertical displacement of the ice cream hence no work is done. Moreover the displacement in horizontal direction but as a ice cream moves with constant velocity hence no horizontal force acts on the ice cream hence again no work is done on the ice cream
