`DeltaABE ~= DeltaCDE` by using `SAS` - Side Angle Side Congruency condition. When 2 sides and their included angle are equal then the two given triangles are Congruent.

Explanation:

The diagonals of a Parallelogram bisect each other.

Thus , side `AE = EC` and side `BE = ED` ......................(1)

And,

`/_ AEB = /_DEC` ..............................(2)
{ These are Vertically Opposite Angles so they are equal }

From the conditions (1) and (2) it is clear by using `SAS` rule so that

`DeltaABE ~= DeltaCDE`

Hence Proved.
