Filter the wastes and regulate the water in blood.

  1. The kidneys are filter of the blood circulatory system. It filter the dissolved waste especially nitrogenous wastes from the blood by ultra filtration.
  2. It regulate the water content by re-absorption. Dialysis is only way to maintain purity of blood during the failure of kidneys. Thank you
