#4x+3y=-2#

Solution

#-5x-3y=0# - - - - - (1)
#4x+3y=-2# - - - - - (2)

Add both equations

#(-5x+4x)+(-3y+3y)=(0+(-2))#

#(-x)+(0)=-2#

#-x=-2#

#x=2#

Substitute the value of x into either eqn 1 or 2, But i'll go for eqn 1

#-5(2)-3y=0#

#-10-3y=0#

#-3y=0+10#

#-3y=10#

#y=-10/3#
