When 20H combine with another 2OH would it form oh subscript 4?

If you're asking whether you get

#color(red)(2"OH" + 2"OH" -> ("OH")_4)#...

no, that doesn't make sense. #("OH")_4# doesn't exist, because oxygen generally only makes two bonds at a time, and hydrogen generally only makes one bond at a time.

#"OH"# is #"O"-"H"#, but #("OH")_4# would be described by something like...

#stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"-stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"-stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"-stackrel("H")stackrel(|)"O"#

You should just get #4"OH"#... meaning there is no reaction at all.
