Noble gases aren't molecules, nor are they chemical compounds, because they are monatomic. All molecules and all compounds have at least two atoms.
However, there are actual molecules containing noble gases; you may have heard that noble gases are fairly unreactive, but noble gases from argon onwards are able to use d-orbitals to expand their octet.
