You should get #1/6#

You need to evaluate:
#1/3-:2=#
that is the same as:
#(1/3)/(2)=(1/3)/(2/1)=(1/3)xx(1/2)=1/6#

You may also think of taking half of #1/3# as in:

TO divide a value by #2# is exactly the same as finding half of it.

For example:

#10 div 2 = 5# which is the same as #1/2 xx 10 = 5#

#1/3 div 2 = 1/3 xx 1/2 = 1/6#

You can also treat #1/3 " as " 2/6#

#2/6 div 2 = 1/6#
