Mercury is the only planet which doesn't have an atmosphere as such. It does however have what is known as an exosphere which are gasses captured from the solar wind and also released from the planet's surface. The gases include Hydrogen, Helium and Oxygen.

Venus has a very thick hot mainly Carbon Dioxide atmosphere. The only way Venus' surface can be seen is to send a probe through the atmosphere.

Earth obviously has a breathable mainly Nitrogen and Oxygen atmosphere.

Mars has a very thin mainly Carbon Dioxide atmosphere.

Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are gas/ice giants and have substantial atmospheres of mainly Hydrogen and Helium.
