The first one is 2-methylpe#color(red)(n)#tane - it's just a typo.

The second one is 3, 3, di-ethyl, 6 di-methylheptane. (I might have put the ethyls and methyls in the wrong order though)

Explanation:

Try drawing out the molecule. Then you can see where the ethyl and methyl groups are, and which carbon they're bonded to. Double check you've drawn it right by counting carbons and making sure you've still got 12 Cs in the molecule!
