Use BEDMAS/PEMDAS.

All we are doing is applying BEDMAS/PEMDAS laws to this expression.

#15 div (~3) - (~2)+2.3(~2.1)#

BEDMAS says we do brackets first. Well the brackets are just terms so nothing we can do there.

There are no exponents so we do division/multiplication first.

We can divide the #15# by #~3# as well as multiply #2.3# by #~2.1#.

#=~5 - (~2)-4.83#

Now we just add/subtract the remaining terms.

#=~3-4.83#

#=~7.83#

There we go! If we evaluate the expression, we get #~7.83#.
