César Chavez- He was a union leader and organizer. He, along with Huerta, founded the National Farm Workers Association (NFWA) in 1962. He was best know for improving farmers wages, work environment, rights, and treatment.

Dolores Huerta- Cofounded NFWA with Chavez in 1962. He was given numerous awards for her efforts as a champion for farmer's rights. Both her and Chavez are an icon to the Latino community.

There are several murals dedicated to them in the Latin regions.
