Let's first deal with the indices and brackets.

#(-3/2)^2 = 9/4#

#3(-3/2) = -9/2#

Now the problem looks like this:

#9/4 -9/2 +2#

Make the fractions have a common denominator of 4 and then work it out

#8/4 = 2#

#9/4 - 18/4 + 8/4 -> (9-18+8)/4#

#=-1/4#
