If you have trouble with the 4, multiply it later, first do the brackets
Using distributive property,
#4(2x(3x-7)-5(3x-7))#
Solve
#4(6x^2-14x-15x+35)#
Notice that it is +35 because of #-5 xx -7#
#4(6x^2-29x+35)#
Using distributive
#4xx6x^2-4xx29x+4xx35#
#24x^2-116x+140#
