Alright, the first thing that we are going to want to do is write it down:

#=(3x^2 -25x+8)/(3x^2-x)#

We are going to have to factor this problem out, so lets do that know:

#=((3x-1)(x-8))/(x(3x-1))#

Now we just simplify!

#=(x-8)/x#
