Interstitial fluid is in tissues. This is also known as tissue fluid. Since it is not in vessels when there is injury interstitial fluid do not generally ooze out.
On the other hand blood flowing through capillaries and blood vessels comes out after injury.
In rare cases blisters after burn injury the fluid under skin is transparent. This is interstitial fluid. The blisters of shoe bite also have interstitial fluid in it.
