Is vicodin an anti-inflammatory medication?

Vicodin is a mixture of hydrocodone bitartarate and acetaminophen i.e paracetamol.
Hydrocodone is a codeine derivative that is a narcotic analgesic used as pain reliever and paracetamol has antipyretic (reducing fever) as well as analgesic role.
Though paracetamol has some degree of antiinflammatory action but it is unable to do such in presence of reactive oxygen species like free radicals,hence it is not used as antiinflammatory agent.
