we can find cytoplasm containing enzymes needed for glycolysis and some fragments of DNA and ribosomes in stroma of chloroplast.

Explanation:

Chloroplast is the organelle in plant cell in which photosynthesis occurs.

Chloroplast has stacked tubules to form granum. Many grana are embedded in matrix called stroma. Granum is concerned with Light reaction of photosynthesis.

Chlorophyll pigment present in granum part of the chloroplast entraps solar energy that is converted into chemical energy in the form of ATP molecules.

Dark reaction involves reduction of carbon dioxide to glucose. It occurs in stroma part of chloroplast. It has enzymes needed for the various steps of dark reaction. Some fragments of DNA and ribosomes are also present in stroma part of chloroplast.
