England, and France.

At the beginning of America, the states couldn't decide what they wanted their country to be like. They fought and fought for a long time, until they wrote the Constitution. They also created one big army and navy, instead of each state having one of their own. If they couldn't get along, the "Martians" would invade. The Martians were the English, and the French. If they couldn't get along, those two countries would see their bad side, and invade, and soon take over the new country.
