Minimum: -2 (occuring at x values of (3pi)/4 +n*pi)

Explanation:

Reminder: sine's maximum value is 1 and minimum value is 1.
Plugging those in, you get 1-3(1) and 1-3(-1). The y values gotten out of it are: (pi/4, -2) which is the minimum, with maximum being ((3pi)/4, 4) which is the maximum.
