Due to its mass and gravity.

Explanation:

Scientists have proved that 4.5 billion years ago that all the planets of the solar system were formed from a nebula cloud at the same time due to the gravity.

The cloud collapsed at the end of the matter which circled around the Sun are all the planets in our solar system which later became few because of the high boiling points. The planets were formed due to the rocky clumps that escaped the cloud.

As all these matters were added up to the Earth so the gravitational force increased and the matter attempted to take the most perfect shape; the shape of a geoid(earth like shape).
