#-10x^2 + 13x - 6#

All you have to do is pretty much subtract the different powered variables #(Ex. x^3, x^2, x)#
so ...
#-x^2 - 9x^2 = -10x^2#

#9x - (-4x) = 13x#

#-2 - 4 = -6#

Answer: #-10x^2 + 13x -6#
