How do you graph the line #5x-2y=6#?

#5x-2y=6#

First simplify it so you have the #y# on one side and the rest on the other

#5x-6=2y#
#y=(5x-6)/2#

And so you take any 2 numbers, not too big and put instead of x
and you've got two dots on the plane with the coordinates #A(x,y)# and #B(x1,y1)#

The #x# in the #A# dot is the first #x# you choose and the #y# is the #y# you get once you enter the #x# and solve it, same goes for #B(x1,y1) but obviously the coordinates should be different
