Why is orange juice considered a solution? Doesn't it have pulp in it so it's a suspension?

A homogeneous mixture often called as solution, orange juice is a solution without pulp, uniformly distributed throughout the mixture. Orange juice with pulp is not uniformly distributed through-out the mixture called heterogeneous mixture, often called as suspension.

Homogeneous mixture- homogeneous mixture are same throught-out the mixture, no matter what the part we look, it would be identical to the rest . A homogeneous mixture often called as a solution , therefore orange juice without pulp ( solid particle) is just a juice , this kind of orange would be uniform throughout the mixture. Heterogenous mixture- heterogeneous mixture are not same throughout the mixture, their composition varies depending on what part we look. A heterogeneous solution often called as suspension, that contain pulp (solid particle) therefore orange juice with pulp is suspension,a heterogeneous mixture where orange juice is not uniform and distributed through-out the juice.
