Explanation:
Surface water is evaporated and turned into condensation.
Condensation is also a cloud.
When the cloud is at its holding capacity, it rains, snows, hails, etc.
This is called precipitation.
When it precipitates, the precipitation, whether it be hail, snow, or rain, collects somewhere on land.
This cycle is continuous and doesn't stop.
Although it takes longer in some areas for this cycle to occur (deserts and tundras.)
