Probably nothing

Explanation:

As you know there is a huge distance between stars so the chance of another solarsystem coliding with ours is small. The big difference would be that the sky would look alot different when there are more stars in our galaxy. The orbit of our solarsystem would change alot because of the increse of gravity from the more massive core we would get. But nothing would really affect our lifes here at earth. It's not 100% that we would make it out without a scratch but the probability of something affecting our earth is minimal.
