Force exerted by B on the ground = 49N.

By the fig.
we got,
#T-4g=4a# ---(1)eqn
#5g-T=5a# ---(2)eqn.
From eqn(1) we got,
#T=4(a+g)#---(3)eqn
#5g-4a-4g=5a#
Taking g as #9.8 ms^(-2)#
so, #g=9a#
i.e. #a=9.8/9=1.089ms^(-2)#
so, #T=4(1.89+9.8)# (From eqn(3))
#T=43.556 N~= 44N#
And, Force exerted by be on the ground = 5g=#5(9.8)=49N#
