Nebula is only a huge cloud of dust and gas,,New stars will be born from this in long time..
Explanation:
Galaxies will have definite shape billions of stars and planets dust clouds black holes etc.Galaxies spiral barred spiral, irregular etc.For example milky way is 100,000 Light years in diameter having 100 billion to 400 billion stars..THere is a huge super massive black hole at center.and most of the stars orbit this center.
