Torque depend on vecr and vecFrandF.

Torque equals the vector cross product
"Torque" = vecr × vecFTorque=r×F
= r*F*sin theta=rFsinθ

r = distance of point from axis about which we want to calculate
the torque.
F = force
thetaθ = the angle between vecr and vecFrandF
Torque only depend on these three things. However, we usually have cases where theta = 90^@θ=90, so thetaθ is often ignored.
