It all starts with stem cells.

Explanation:

Stem cells are cells which do not have any properties. The genetic material 'instructs' them into transforming themselves to specialized cells like red blood cells etc to match the current needs of the organism. Stem cells are found primarily in the bone marrow of long bones (thigh bone) and in the developing embryo (embryonic stem cells).
