It is simple..there are two major types of nucleic acids. DNA and RNA.

Explanation:

DNA is composed of Adenine bonded to Thymine and Guanine bonded to Cytosine. The only difference of DNA and RNA (regarding their base pairing) is that in RNA Uracil takes the place of Thymine and therefore you have Adenine bonded to Uracil instead of Thymine.
