Explanation:

Input: Listening to a teacher

  • Goes into you sensory memory which lasts under a second and has a limited capacity

PAY ATTENTION

  • Goes into short term memory which last under a minute (approx. 15-30 seconds) and can hold 7+/-2 pieces of information

REHEARSE INFORMATION BY WRITING DOWN ETC.

  • Goes into long term memory which can last a lifetime and can hold infinite number of memories
