#y = -x#

If your line is parallel to the line whose slope is -1 then it will have the exact same slope:

#m=-1#

Now just use the slope point formula for a line:

#y-y_1 = m(x-x_1)#

#y-2 = -1(x-(-2))#

#y-2 = -(x+2)#

#y-2 = -x-2#

#y = -x#
