...if the system has reached equilibrium...and we REMOVE, somehow, product #B#...the equilibrium moves to the right...in response to the new post-equilibrium conditions in order to resatisfy the equilibrium constant. And thus a change in reaction conditions...removal of #B# can drive the equilibrium to the right and the reaction to completion.
