Explanation:

In electron trasport chain Oxidation of reduced coenzymes takes place. These reduced coenzymes are NADH and FADH. Totally 10 NADH gives 30 ATP, 3 from each.
And 2 FADH gives 4 ATP, 2 from each.
Altogether 34 ATP are produced in electron transport chain which happens in inner membrane of mitochondria in eukaryotic cells.
