I have created a simple series-parallel DC resistive circuit practice problem below for you.

In the diagram below, a 100V DC supply is connected to a resistive series-parallel network as shown.

Calculate the following :

1. The total resistance of the circuit.
2. The total current ${I}_{T}$.
3. The branch currents ${I}_{1} \mathmr{and} {I}_{2}$.
4. The potential difference across the $3 , 3 k \Omega$ resistor.
5. The voltage at the point B.
6. The voltage ${V}_{C A}$.
7. The power dissipated in the $2 , 2 k \Omega$ resistor.
8. The amount of charge passing through the $470 \Omega$ resistor in 2 minutes.
9. The cost to operate this circuit for 1 hour if the tariff charges is R1,50 per kWh unit.
