Of course you can rearrange the variables of the combined gas law in order to solve for each of the possible values.

The original combined gas law is

#(P_1V_1)/T_1 = (P_2V_2)/T_2#

This can be rearranged in the following manner to solve for #P_1#

#P_1 = (P_2V_2T_1)/(V_1T_2)#

or #V_1#

#V_1 = (P_2V_2T_1)/(P_1T_2)#

and #T_1#

#T_1 = (P_1V_1T_2)/(P_2V_2)#

All of these are simple algebraic rearrangements of the original formula.
