I found; $d = \frac{V v}{E} = 2 \times {10}^{-} 4 m = 0.2 m m$
$E = 7.5 \times {10}^{7} \frac{V}{m}$
$V v = 15000 V$
We can try to combine them to get a distance $d$ as:
$d = \frac{V v}{E} = \frac{15000 V}{7.5 \times {10}^{7} \frac{V}{m}} = 2 \times {10}^{-} 4 m = 0.2 m m$
