Magnetic force is the force exerted by a magnetic field with it's interaction with charges which act as tiny magnets. Bulk magnets are nothing but, tiny magnets arranged in proper order.

Examples,
1) Iron fillings arranging themselves along the field lines of a bar magnet.
2) Compass needle aligning itself in the north-south direction.
