Speed = frequency x wavelength

$v = f \lambda$

If it vibrates 3 times per sec then $f = 3 {s}^{- 1}$

The period $T$ is the time taken for 1 complete vibration and is equal to $\frac{1}{f}$.

So $T = \frac{1}{3} = 0.33 s$

and:

$v = 3 \times 2 = 6 \text{m/s}$
