I found #22m/s# but check my maths!

Explanation:

Have a look at the diagram (crappy, I know...):

You can see that vertically the weight #W# of the car and the #y# component of the normal reaction #N_y# are in equilibrium. Horizontally the #x# component of the normal reaction #N_x# is the only Centripetal Force that will allow the car to make it out the bend.
We use Newton`s Second law (#SigmavecF=mveca#) to express these two options:

Vert. #N_y-W=0#

Horiz. #N_x=ma_c=mv^2/r#

where #a_c# is the centripetal acceleration.

Using the angle and the mass given (and #g=9.8m/s^2#):
Vert. #Ncos(10^@)-1000*9.8=0#
#N=56,436N#

Horiz. #Nsin(10^@)=1000v^2/50# that with our value of #N# gives us:
#v=22m/s#
