It depends on your definition of highest, but the following may help
If the question is referring to visible light, then in order of increasing frequency (and therefore energy) it would be: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
The above would be in order of decreasing wavelength.
If you expand the definition of light to include all of the electromagnetic spectrum, then in order of increasing frequency (and therefore energy) it would be (by typical classifications): radio waves, microwaves, infra red, visible light (which can be subdivided as above), ultraviolet, X-ray and gamma rays.
Again the above would be in order of decreasing wavelength.
