In #KCl(aq)# there are ion dipole interactions; in #MeOH(aq)# there are hydrogen bonding interactions.

Explanation:

In #KCl(aq)# there are dissociated #K^+(aq)# and #Cl^(-)(aq)# ion dipole complexes formed between the ion and the solvent molecules; formally these are #[K(OH_2)_6]^+# species etc.

On the other hand, in aqueous methanol, there is hydrogen bonding between the individual solvent molecules. Methanol and water are infinitely miscible, as methanol is capable of extensive hydrogen bonding.
