My answer would be Lady Macduff would be loyal, active and courageous. Lady Macbeth would be loyal, active and cruel. The two words for both would be loyal and active.

Explanation:

Both characters were loyal to their husbands. Both were active, Macduff in defending her children and Macbeth in taking action which led to Duncan's murder and Macbeth taking the throne.
