Gamma Rays or #gamma# rays have the shortest wavelength.

Explanation:

Most people confuse colored light that we can see and you are also seeing while reading this answer by electromagnetic wave, that colored light is the only part in the electromagnetic waves. But this is not true. Take a look at this image:

You can see that the colored light is just a small part of the electromagnetic waves.

You can see Gamma Rays or #gamma# rays is at the left most part in the EM wave chart.

Also note that the wavelength is inversely proportional to the energy in it. That means:

Denoting wavelength by #w# and energy by #e# we get:

#e=1/w# or #w=1/e#

That means #gamma# rays have an immense amount of energy in it.

Whereas, Radio waves have very less amount of energy in it.
