Explanation:

How the Nazis used this for their personal gain/to accomplish their goals, was how they purposely directed the gene pool of Germany to one that was without the ("undesirable") genes of Jews, Homosexuals, gypsies, Slavs, etc. They had Ernst Rüdin (pioneer of eugenics) head their genetics/medical department for a short while to help accomplish their goal of having one "Aryan" Germany.
