Without any doubt at all Nikola Tesla was the greatest scientist of the twentieth century. He was used by Thomas Edison, who took all the plaudits for Tesla's genius. Edison in my opinion was a business man and nothing more! Tesla invented alternating current and was light years ahead of his contemporaries in his visions for free sustainable energy. He held hundreds of patents and his mind never stopped working. Sadly he died a pauper discredited by peers (wrongly).
