First, remember that $\pi$ is a half circle, and $2 \pi$ is the complete circle.
Divide your circle into twelve equal parts, representing each $\frac{\pi}{6}$
You have $7 \frac{\pi}{6}$ which is $1 \setminus \times \frac{\pi}{6} + 6 \setminus \times \frac{\pi}{6}$
So, you have one half circle, plus $\frac{1}{6}$ of a circle.
