Firstly, she's the second female Pharaoh of Egypt. Aside from that, she reestablished the trade routes that had been disrupted from the Hyksos invasion. The most important was from the Land of Punt, wherein Egypt got pretty exotic things (that they'd never seen before) like frankincense and myrrh. Other than that, she was a neutral sovereign (it is unknown whether or not she depredated Nubia, south of Egypt).
