The name of the compound should be written as
$\text{ethyl " "4-aminobenzoate}$ and its structure should be

${H}_{2} N - {C}_{6} {H}_{4} - C O O {C}_{2} {H}_{5}$ Here the $N {H}_{2}$ group is attached in the benzene ring at the 4 or para position with respect to ethylcarboxylate group.

When $H C l$ is reacted with the compound an acid base reaction occurs with $N {H}_{2}$ group and $H C l$ forming hydrochloride salt of the compound.
