You can find this by long dividing #2# by #11#, but here's another way:

Note that #99/11 = 9#

So:

#1/11 = (0.99999999...) / 11 = 0.09090909...#

and:

#2/11 = 2*1/11 = 2*0.09090909... = 0.18181818...#
